Customer Experience Advisor / Remote (GMT/CET Timezone)

We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor who’s passionate about delivering standout service. You'll be the voice of our brand, supporting our customers through email, live chat, and social media, making sure every interaction is smooth, fast, and empathetic.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing email and live chat queries with speed and empathy

  • Engaging with customers and responding to inquiries via social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

  • Delivering fast, accurate, and personalized responses

  • Using platforms like Rich Panel to manage communications

  • Using 3PL platforms to independently resolve customer issues

  • Flagging trends or feedback from customers to the wider team

  • Adapting quickly to shifting priorities while following company procedures

  • Bringing a human, helpful, and brand-aligned voice to all customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven customer service experience (eCommerce or fashion/retail preferred)

  • Experience with social media customer support

  • Proficiency using Rich Panel or similar platforms

  • Proficiency using 3PL systems 

  • Comfortable handling Live Chat and DMs/comments on social channels

  • Excellent written communication - warm, clear, and brand-consistent

  • Self-starter who’s proactive and solution-oriented

  • Strong empathy, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to juggle multiple platforms without missing a beat
